My Story
I'm Stephen Ceausu, a native of Orange County, where my family has been deeply involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years. As a first-generation American, my family immigrated from Romania in the 1980s. My professional journey began as a firefighter paramedic, but my unwavering passion for real estate drove me to invest in a distressed 4-unit apartment complex after years of diligent saving. The rapid success of this venture ignited my thirst for knowledge, eventually leading me to become a licensed real estate broker.
